I've been here a few times now, and the cakes are delicious! The cornflake pie and fruitslice take me back to my childhood schooldays. Only these taste better. Great quality produce and friendly staff! 5 stars from me, and I'll be back again next week. I'd have posted pictures, but I've already eaten them 🤣

Absolute quality family bakery, top quality cakes and very generous fillings in basically any sandwich you order from them. Have known Carol, the owner, since I've moved here and she's always happy to put aside a moment to chat with me, and always deals with my more... complex orders with a smile (we're very serius about sandwiches in our house, hah). Good pricing, would heavily recommend.
Best butty shop in Blackley. Great selection of freshly made sandwiches. Staff are friendly, nothing is too much trouble.

Went in for the first time today! Glad I did, the pies are gorgeous! And this cute pig 🐷 cake as well The staff are really nice too! Definitely be back
This place has been around since my childhood and I remember it well the pig and frog head cakes and the cookie are the best but it also has amazing pizza and pasties and yes do sandwich too
THE BEST BAKERY IN MANCHESTER!!! Food is always fresh and delicious, the portions are huge and the cakes are to die for. Staff are always so friendly and nice also it’s always clean and tidy I wouldn’t go anywhere else

And when you want a day off bread they do salad boxes and i promise they are in a different league than any supermarket / chain boxed salad! Husband and kids love the sausage rolls and pies .....and of course the cakes !! Every visit there is always a queue at the door and its not surprising! Best sandwich shop / bakery in Manchester by far!!Wow the choice of homemade pies and cakes and each one delicious. Would definitely recommend and certainly visiting again.

Had the most amazing turkey salad sandwich, it was packed full , also had a cornflake pie omg both were delicious
I go here quiet often..the staff are friendly and really quick..the sandwiches are top quality and good prices and probably have the best meat pie around
One of the old style bakers anything from this shop is amazing from pies to sandwiches to cakes once you have been you will never go anywhere else your taste buds won't allow it
